My sisters are my lifeline, I’m so happy they’re a part of my life. I joined to make friends and I got that. We’re involved heavily with campus and it shows. I was glad to work at the bookstore this past week and meet many new people. I can’t wait for this recruitment to begin and meet even more.

I literally wish I never pick them I have been a member all 4 years and in the begging, they were nice and included and represent the sorority well but now there just kind of trashy and act like high schoolers they literally people out and the exact board does care about when you have a problem or an issue I have felt like an outcast for my last 2 years also they don't embody their values at all they arent what a sorority is or represents it if I could go back in time I would have chosen AST cause theses new group of girls are not it id loved this sorority but now I can't stand to be in anymore take my advice to pick the other 2 they will welcome you and appreciate you for who you are also the president doest do well with conflict or problem-solving at all my experience, in the beginning, was great but not now it's not when I was at my lowest and need help they never help me and when I told them they issolacted me from me they need to change cause if they still act like this them no one wants to be apart of I'm grateful that they wanted me but they kept me for too long just wanted there mendership to go up and money it didn't work out for me and I wished it did but there not like what a big sorority like a other university they really need to change and not leave people out if you give a bid out and someone takes it but the sorority toxic and they leave probably know why they have a lot of work to make it better hope they do cause the group girls that made me join in 2018 made the experience better hope they go back to that cause no one should or felt the way I did

there ok there more social this semester they throw a lot of parties but they kind of suck compared to TEK who have better ones I met like a few of them they just give the typical stereotypical frat guy like brad or chad they are vary involved on campus ill give it that they only associate with Stigma do stuff with them if I met more of them or talk to them to get to know them yeah probably give them a better score

super nice group of guys. Wished that they did more on campus this semester's social stuff. too never really see them on campus anymore

I came out for recruitment last year for DZ and AST. So happy I chose DZ over AST because the girls in this sorority are actually smart and well rounded people. Not everything is about drinking and partying with my sisters which people warned me was common in greek life. Sigma is pretty great too but Ast is very off standing.

AST is a very small sorority because no one wants to join it. The sororities here suck but AST has the worst reputation for being stuck up and poor trashy behavior. They say that they’re involved with campus a lot but you never see much of them at events. They’re always a few steps behind everyone else.

I love delta zeta there the realist sorority on campus and don’t sugar coat anything there super down to earth and sweet and really friendly If your going through recruitment you definitely make delta zeta your first pick

Ok I’m just going to say it I don’t understand why everyone want to be in sigma and why it’s the most popular when I went thought recruitment with them I literally felt like they were all the men girl characters the sorority probably has change but I never gotten a good vide from them I feel like people only join them for social status at shepherd also they think there better then the other ones I don’t know they were also my last choice to pick when everyone chose them as there first pick I feel the other sorority’s are more authentic and them self then sigma

AST is a genuine sisterhood and involved within the Greek community. We are active with multiple charities and support local shelters with donations and our volunteer hours. Our efforts help survivors of domestic abuse, girls interested in stem related majors, and clothing drives to assist those in need. I’d like to respond to the comment below. Drinking is not our only concern nor are we alcoholics. Why so much hate? If you are actually a sister, then why stay if you feel this way? Sisters remain by choice and are there because they care about each other and our shared goals. My thoughts? I’m not going to accuse anyone but, I think it’s interesting this narrative about us seems to always be spread around recruitment time 👀

Members in DZ are really just mean and nasty people here lately. I see them in Rams Den and want to say hi but they just glare at me like they're better than everyone.. which is not true. I've just heard they are not a fun group to be around. Would not recommend.
