Why is Phi Psi top house when they do not have an impressive house?

They used to have TDX's house, which is in a great location. They didn't lose their "top house" reputation when their lease ended and they moved out to Oxford.

They used to own Zetas current house until they were kicked out a while back. If you go to Zeta house you will see the pillars in front of their house has phi psi Greek letters engraved on it

Just to clarify. They didn't damage Zetas House. They used to own it back before WW2, they got kicked off and their house was sold to Zeta. I heard they were trying to buy it back from Zeta a long time ago but Zeta doesn't want to sell it back. Zeta is currently in Phi Psi original house that they had custom built
