What will SDT be like next year when they can take new members again? Do you think that they will be like aephi or agd? or since their old rep they'll be higher up?

They can't recruit until fall 2017.

It all depends on how well their re-structuring of the chapter goes and how well the remaining members adhere to new policies that will be enforced on them going forward. I would imagine their IHQ will be heavily involved with the recruitment of new members come Fall 2017.
