will zbt be relevant in the fall?

ZBT will most likely be pretty relevant next year. The name alone draws a crowd and with frats getting thrown off one by one they have a great opportunity to make an impact right away. Plus I hear sororities already want to mix with them without seeing who's in it... just saying

New frats always start propaganda like this... The reality is every newly chartered fraternity starts at the bottom of the social ladder. I guarantee no sorority's are "wanting to mix with them without even seeing who's in it.." think about it, that would be horrible for the sorority's rep. Umich greek life is basically a giant popularity contest, and it takes years to build from the bottom up.

It's not TKE's house. ZBT owns that house and TKE is only renting until their lease is up in June 2017.
