Confirmed!!!! ZBT owns that house on 640 Oxford. TKE was only renting while ZBT was inactive for the last 4 years. TKE lease is up June 2017 so they only has one more year and then the will be homeless.

I'm a girl in a "good" sorority. I have a lot of guy friends that would have been in "good" frsternities but since fall rush was a mess for guys didn't get bids and then decided to start something new this winter. My sorority has something coming up with them soon, and hopefully the rest of them are as cool as the guys I know!

Their national pulled their charter based on hazing allegations winter semester 2013. I would imagine they are coming back now because this is the earliest they can return and still ensure that they won't get any of the old guys (seeing as second-semester seniors aren't going to rush).
