with guy friends here who can confirm the following ranking....
1 and 2- phi and kappa (interchangeable)
3- tridelt
4- axo
5- theta
6 and 7- chi o and skrappa (interchangeable)
8 and 9- adpi and dg (interchangeable)
10 and 12- zeta, gphi, pi phi (interchangeable)
13- deeph
14 and 15- agd and aephi (interchangeable)

those are the ranking BUT to be honest, after joining greek life, i have realized the only difference in what's "top tier" and not is who you mix with. better known sororities are with "hotter" frats but when it comes down to it, I've met super cool and pretty girls in every single sorority. all in all, ranking isn't much to be concerned about when rushing :)
