I just got into Michigan and wanna rush a frat next fall. I have a few friends in Theta Chi, AEPi, and DKE and they all tell me they are top houses. What are the top houses for me based on parties, brotherhood, girls view of them?

theta chi is the "best" house of the three, aepi has been falling since last year when they lost half their pledge class to sig (what is now dke) but dke is offcampus.

You're in idiot. Theta chi is not good anymore. Super boring. Aepi is best of these three, but still behind phi psi. Dke is a joke
