middle tier winter rush transfer

Can anyone explain to me the middle tiers here and how they are known? I'm not looking for a top tier but I am transferring here next semester and want to rush a mid tier. Any help would be great.

sig chi and phi delt are good middle tier frats

I heard they have more than 4. More like 10-15 range

DTD, Sig Chi, Phi Delt, no order, all worth rushing. Don't bother with DU/DChi

Chi psi and chi phi are the most respected mids, sigep just a tad above them I guess if you consider them middle

The dchi upperclassmen are weird but their newer guys have been a lot better
