can someone explain the extension process?

I want to join the new sorority coming next year. Can someone explain what it's like and how it was for Gamma Phi cwhen they came back?
Also, isn't a PC of 200 girls hella crazy?

Well the pc is based of the quota of the houses in the other sorrorities. They will recruit freshman through seniors through informal recruitment which happens after formal recruitment. They will have the typical first, second, maybe third, prefs, and bid day. It is nice because you would only be rushing this one house. It is typical for those to do it if formal recruitment did not turn out well or they did not have the time. It will still be slightly competitive so do not think that they are letting everyone that wants to in

When Gamma Phi came back, over 400 girls rushed and 215ish got bids. It is a competitive process, but worth checking out if you are very interested. In my opinion, it's a more of a level playing field than formal rush because there's no stereotype associated with the house yet.
