can we please stop saying pike is top tier? cmon people they tailgate with skrappa. if they were top tier they'd be with a top tier sorority

They are only moving to top tier because they will likely take a lot of the guys that would have gone to SAE. Otherwise, you're right

theyre definitely a top 5 house at least. Where you wanna draw the line as "top tier" is up to you but Pike and Skrappa both are solid houses.
