Zeta got 61 girls in their new PC. Quota was 56. They exceeded quota, are well above total and are recruiting a small amount of girls to reach average chapter size because they are 3-4 members below with the large amount of seniors who graduated. Note: Most chapters are also below ACS but apparently Zeta nationals pushes for that whereas other nationals do not. DG is also doing Continous Open Bidding.

I know because people in Greek life talk. DG is COBing and there's nothing wrong with doing that. Several chapters nationals mandate it
