Can someone please explain how continuous open bid works. It doesn't matter if it's for Zeta or AEPHI or PSR or any other house doing COB. Just how does it work?

It's different from chapter to chapter. Some hold open events. Some contact girls who started recruitment, but didn't accept a bid. Others contact the friends/roommates of their fall pledges.

PSR has their own fall and winter recruitment process. (As far as I know, it's always open.) They gave out bids before formal recruitment ended.

If you're interested in participating in COB, contact the Panhellenic VP of Recruitment. Her email should be easy to find via Google.

Wait so you can't be considered for COB unless the sorority contacts you? Or can you contact the recruitment chair of that sorority and ask to participate in COB for the house??

You can definitely contact the VP recruitment of any house in which you are interested.
