You think Delta chi is moving up with new house and big PC

Unfortunately, no matter how good or big the PC might be, the ONLY way to become higher on the Greek hierarchy nowadays is to merge, and even though that is sad, it is still true. It would take years for a low frat to become higher, with multiple good PCs. This is why everybody hates mergers, because it is taking away brotherhood, which is the point of Greek life.

Dchi has a big PC cuz they still think they're going to be merging with Sammy. Once they see Dchi's sad excuse of a social calendar it'll be over

delta chi is pretty low as it is and their pc is unquestionably due to sammy. Now that they're out of the picture who knows what will happen with their pc. So know, they'll remain in the bottom tier.
