They were originally flagged for hazing in like 2010. After this, IFC kicked them out (i.e., they were not recognized by the university). However, their nationals still recognized them and were working with them to reform their chapter so that they could be recognized by the University again. Over the past 5 years though, they really made no attempt to reform and nationals just gave up on them. They had their charter pulled this summer and will recolonize in a couple years probably. They will be out of their house after this semester.
