rising fraternities

Which frats does everyone expect to be rising in the fall? Which ones have the most potential? Especially lower-tier or newer ones.

The fraternities mostly like to rise from the bottom of the mid tiers is delta chi and theta xi.

From the bottom of the middle I can see dchi moving upi. delta chi has sammy now so that's huge. Someone else mentioned theta xi, they were able to rush a lot in the winter. They ranked like the 4th or 5th largest winter rush so if they can continue to rush a lot then yeah they have a shot.
