What fraternity has the nicest house? Including the exterior and interior appearance of the structure.

Tough question, go visit the houses during welcome week to see because what everyone defines as nice is up to them. Fraternities also use satellite houses as well for tailgates and parties, Phi Psi for instance, uses their junior house for all social events, so they aren't included in these mentions but are still excellent socially:

Solid ranking. Also im pretty sure phi delt can mix as much as they want now as long as they register them idk could be wrong tho

As far as houses go, triangle and ATO could be thrown in there. Both are huge and have big yards

DTD's house is MASSIVE but I'm not sure what its like. Pretty plain looking from the outside, never been on the inside.

Delta Sig will have PRA's house in the fall, so it will probably be nice on the inside. I've never seen it though
