Chi Phi: A fraternity that's kinda up in the air at this point. Have a huge house on Washtenaw, and the kids there definitely know how/love to party (they have a great space for it.) Beat Phi Delt for ADPi as Ski Trip partners, but then they got swooped by Sig Ep for ADPi and lost to Phi Delt for the Zeta pregame vote. Mix with mostly middle and upper middle sororities (ADPi, DG, Zeta). Will be interesting to see how they rebound from the two losses, but I think they'll recover fine. They had a really solid fall pledge class this year (in the 30s I think). Don't have a pregame partner next year.
Chi Psi: Very preppy. I know that's what pretty much everyone says about Chi Psi but that's the adjective I would use to describe them. Nice guys, pretty well-rounded in my experience. Have their 'lodge' down on State which is a really nice house that they use pretty well. Mix with pretty much the same sororities as Chi Phi, but see a bit more Skrappa/AXO action I think. Their freshmen got really close to DG's freshmen this year, and they're pregaming together next year.
Delta Kappa Epsilon (DKE): Including them here because I heard a rumor that they're merging with Sig which would lead to a complete overhaul from what they were doing. Merger could make them relevant again we'll see. Gerald Ford was apparently a DKE so that's pretty cool.
