how did delt sigs drop to bottom tier?

My brother graduated in 2001 and said Delt Sigs was top house when he left. I know 14 years is a long time, but what happened?

They just recolonized last school year. Given some time, they might become good again. I haven't heard if they're getting a house anytime soon though.
