it used to be AOPi's house and they are supposed to come back in two years... so even if deeph gets it they are just going to get kicked out kind of like what happened with them and zeta and them and gamma phi.

Only if AOPi still owns the house. GPhiB never sold their house, which is why they're getting it back. Was Sammy leasing the house from AOPi or did they own it?
