Chi Psi is know to be a little preppier. Chi Phi arguably has a better house for parties but Chi Psi mixes with slightly better sororities. Pregames are similar although Chi Phi doesn't have a PGP while Chi Psi is with DG next year. Both tailgates are pretty solid and in general they are pretty similar

Chi Phi made strides this semester because Chi Psi, Pike, and Sammy couldn't have parties at their houses after ski trip. Most girls I'm friends with like Chi Psi more but it depends who you ask/what sorority. Both fraternities mix mainly with ADPi and DG. They also both mix with Pi Phi and Zeta, though some would argue Chi Phi mixes with them more frequently (especially since they are neighbors with Zeta). Chi Psi sometimes (not very often) mixes with AXO and has recently had pregames with more of the top tier sororities. Chi Phi threw one of the better St. Patty's pregames this year, Chi Psi didn't (couldn't?) have one. Chi Psi is PGP with DG next year and Chi Phi doesn't have one, but they will likely still have okay tailgates as mentioned above by 1234. But really, until next semester when everyone is off sopro it will be hard to tell which one is better

For the most part pretty similar. Chi psi will have a pgp and Chi Phi won't. But most people I know have more fun at Chi Phi. Chi Psi is preppier, nicer, and generally cares more about their rep on campus. Chi Phi cares less about what people think and are just there to party. Phi mixed way better this last semester, but Psi being on sopro was a big part of that.

Agree with all of this except chi phi does care a lot about what people think. They have about 50 more ranks than any other fraternity on this site which says that there's quite a bit more self-ranking coming from them than anyone else (because everyone self-ranks to some extent let's be honest).

Chi Psi is more a more preppy, and sociable group of guys. Wear more Hawaiian shirts, was cool in highschool, takes more pics with the boys, undeniably better at talking to girls. nicer house and richer alumnI, is also IFC. Will tell you they mix with AXO. Chi Phi is not preppy, definitely uncool in high school, doesn't like talking to girls and is worse at it, but more diverse group of kids, parties harder and schools more seriously. mixes with triangle

Spelling and social status arguably identical and often confused. Frat Frat Frat

They generally mix with the same sororities. Chi Psi is preppier and their house is better kept. Chi Phi parties harder and has a bigger but dirtier house. Pretty much the only difference, same social standing for the most part.

Chi Psi is preppier and liked more around campus. Chi Phi throws better parties. Basically I would say girls hang out with Chi Psi dudes outside of their parties but probably not Chi Phi kids. Rush Chi Phi if you're just trying to throw down

Chi Phi lawl who even goes there besides ADPi and Zeta? Only time I went was because everything else was shut down and they had drinks. Guys were losers and couldn't hold a conversation. I've met a few cool ones outside of parties but I didn't see them at the house, who knows
