Heard it from a brother in DChi, the merger is still a work in progress. They are seeing if the guys are chill before doing the merger

Yeah, technically. But that's true of all fraternities and these mergers keep happening. If you value your ritual, you wouldn't do it.

my thought was that only the freshmen (= not initiated) would just rush the new frat and merge that way. i thought that was what has happenedbefore. or maybe i am confused.
