new rankings based on recent activities

These are based off recent activities such as Winterfest, Ski Resort results, powerpoints, etc:
Top of the top: Phi Psi, Theta Chi, Pike
Mid of the top: FIJI, Sig Ep, AEPi
Bottom of the top: Chi Phi, Alpha Sig
Top of the mid: Chi Psi, Sig Chi, Phi Delt, DU
Mid of the mid: DKE, Delta Chi, DTD
Bottom of the mid: PiKapps, TDX, Theta Xi
Top of the bottom: TKE, Shady, Kappa Sig,
Mid of the bottom: Zeta Psi, LXA, ATO
Bottom of the bottom: Delta Sig, Triangle, Beta
Note: These rankings are based on IFC recognized fraternities only.
Commentby: Sig Chi
The thing is Sig Chi pregamed with deeph this year and neither phi delt nor chi psi even mix with deeph. So I don't think it's fair to put them in that tier yet. They also weren't in winterfest.

This ranking is stupid. There is no top middle and bottom of the top. There are 5, maybe 6 top houses if you include sae still (some will even say there are only 3 even) and they are and will be phi psi, theta chi, pike, fiji, aepi, and sae. Everyone knows this, and this is the truth. All that needs to be seen to confirm is what sororities are on their social schedule. And yes, sig ep should be dropped below aepi, their pgp is adpi for God sakes.

I agree with you on DU. Maybe I overestimated them a little. However, the other rankings are debatable. Pike and Alpha Sig just had a very successful Winterfest which is why they moved up. Sig Ep moving below AEPi is something I could see happening but it's too close to judge fully. Also, Delta Chi being that high is because if they were not, then they would be below DTD which just had a certain PowerPoint incident which does not help their case. Theta Xi moved up because of how most others moved up: the expulsion of Sammy from the IFC. Lastly, I feel Sig Chi is in a perfect place right now so I don't know how to argue otherwise regarding them.
