Okay this needs to stop being debated. The freshmen may know Chi Phi better because they've only had 1-2 things with spe all year. But, that literally doesn't matter at all. SigEp has better tailgates, hotter guys, amazing house, and every single ADPi sophomore and junior is in love with them. Even if the entire freshmen class voted for chi phi, spe would still get every vote from the rising upperclassmen and EBoard. They're a better fraternity, it just comes down to that.

This is actually true. I feel like people say adpi would be social climbers because they're pissed that they even got asked by such a good frat. But like if I was in that situation I would obv choose sig ep

As stated over and over again, sig ep is still going to be able to use their pregame house. And regardless of what happened with nationals, they are still the better frat plain and simple. Better parties, better guys, just all around more fun. And on top of that, they're actually gentlemen and have a solid brotherhood.
