Based on the whole house but emphasis on pledge classes:

Top: DDD, Alpha Phi, KKG (with KKG being slightly below DDD or Alpha Phi)

Step Down: Theta (J) and Skrappa

Bigger Step Down: DG, ChiO, AChiO, SDT (J)
AChiO seems to think they are the best this year, which is always amusing

Another Step Down: PiPhi, ZTA, ADPi - all very nice but not quite there

Last: AGD, AEPhi, DPhiE

"Skrappa"? Wow. You do realize it takes longer to type that than just "SK", right? Show some respect if they one of the top like everybody rated them. How come Sigma Kappa is the only one getting a derogatory term in their abbrevs? Grow up and act like you have a brain once in a while.
