you're wrong. It's an organization issue. With 200 people there you couldn't blame a single group for any set amount of damages. You really going to blame the president of a fraternity of some girl drunkenly stumbles into a lamp and breaks it but nobody sees who it was? No.

About 6 different articles all stated members of 3 fraternities and 3 sororities were involved and named all six. Yes, it was an organization issue. "sources" must be either a member from one of these 6 Greek orgs. that basically knows these Greeks are screwed.
