Is the rumor true that there is going to be an AOII chapter starting next year? I want to transfer here and I am an AOII a another school.

AOII isn't starting Fall 2015. However, it is starting Fall 2016! So if you are still in school than you can always apply to become an active member at this chapter during their recruitment. Then in Fall 2018 Kappa Delta is suppose to be joining too.

keep in mind that when a sorority is newly recolonizing that they will be bottom tier at best, so your social experience may not be as good in that chapter as it is in your current chapter. most chapters are pretty different from school to school. lets say you are an AGD from alabama...they are decent there. any bama AGD who then transfers here is in for a rude awakening.
