how do you dance at fraternity parties?

I always get an anxiety attack before a party because I know they'll be cute girls I'll want to grind with but I always get super awkward. Like I'll literally buy a xanny from my roommate before a party to relax me. But then at the party I'll still get awk and my pits start sweating because I don't know how to dance. Like I'll pretend I don't see or care about the dance floor but I'm side eying it and jealous of all the guys out there dancing and grinding confidently. I end up just ripping a bunch of shots to quickly black out. Next thing I know I'm either eating pizza house or hooking up with a girl with no idea how it happened. Any help appreciated.
