I would suggest Delta Chi, they are rising fast, decent brotherhood size.
I know PiKapps is falling fast, they lost over half their pledges this semester.
Haven't heard much about TDX but they don't seem to be going anywhere.
Shady is falling into a bottom tier and doesn't seem to be going to change soon.
Theta Xi is growing fast and got off their sanctions but that's all I know about them.
I heard Kappa Sig and LXA aren't good for parties at all.
Zeta Psi and ATO are really small so they'll need time to grow before they can mix with sororities.

End result: Delta Chi, TDX and Theta Xi are your best bet

Both Delta Chi and TDX have quality brothers. TDX has better pregames and open parties especially with the location of their house though

Everyone is on point with their suggestions. One thing I hear is Delta Chi is tearing down their house at the end of the year to build a new one

Nothing says I haven't made any friends yet quite like winter rush. Go to CAPS and get your head straight. You prob have an anxiety problem.

I'd say check out DX, Shady, Theta Xi, and TDx during open houses and then narrow your choices down. If they like you then they will invite you back, if not tough luck kid

DX, Pikapps, and TDX are probably your best bets off that list if you want at least somewhat of a social life, with DX and TDX having potential to move up.
You should also consider checking out some other mid tier houses like Phi Delt and Sig Chi, I hear they don't haze too hard either.

Delta Chi is a doing well but the lose of their house for a year will hurt their rush for next year and that will move them down as they can't throw parties.
PiKapps is huge but they can't maintain their numbers and has been decreasing in size.
TDX has a great house/location, the guys are cool but aren't that involved on campus.
Shady is redoing their house/new house location so it unknown where they'll end up.
Theta Xi has great location on campus. The fraternity is mostly younger guys. Have potential for rising up.
TKE is growing fast and getting rep, hard to get into and probably cost a lot of money.
Kappa Sig, the brothers are chill and cool but their house can't handle parties.
LXA has a nice house for living in but not really a party place. A great brotherhood option.
Zeta Psi, they are the wild horse, they try hard and if they can get numbers, they can get a lot done.
ATO, good party house but not enough guys and needs time to establish themselves on campus
