transfer student

by: BC Girl

Hey there! I am a student from a selective NE liberal arts school looking to transfer to Michigan in the fall. I will be a junior. I have a solid GPA, volunteer 14 hours a week, work, was publicity chair of my class freshman year, then joined the campus events groups. Is there a good chance i could get a sorority bid at Michigan? In all honesty... If so, what houses should I look into? Also does the Michigan require 12 university credits before joining?

You sound like an incredible PNM candidate, but there will always be houses that are looking to have a pledge class made up entirely of freshmen. It is economically most efficient for houses to have that, but way more houses than you think are open to older PNMs. It's certainly worth trying and I hope you find your sorority home!
