Truth: so many changes in both frats and scrats this year. It's like a tug of war cuz no one wants to admit they lost ground - so they self rank themselves. But many houses did and that's just a fact.
Don't have to name them. They have been plastered all over this discussion thread since rush. Things are not the same In every so called tier and for all of you rank watchers - it's a battle of the one up game. But... We all know who has improved and who has not.
