Here's the deal with these guys. Cool guys and they've had multiple cool PCs in a row. They always throw down and girls love them. HOWEVER, you are not a top tier frat unless you mix with top tier sororities. Yeah they mix with AXO a decent amount and occasionally Skrappa, but until you mix regularly with phi tridelt and kappa they won't be on the same level as Phi Psi, SAE, Theta Chi, etc. We'll see what happens in the future but right now they just aren't on that level.

I was a little skeptical of them being ranked so high at first. But after meeting some of their pledges and going to their late night the other night, it's indeniable that they are the fasting rising frat. Really cool guys and throw a great party. Do I think they're top tier yet? I don't. However, in the next year or to watch out for them with other houses falling fast like Fiji and SAE
