second semester sophomore rush

Yeah yeah I know how hugely unlikely it is for second semester sophomores to get bids but I haven't rushed up until this point because I've been focusing on athletics and music. I know a few kids in Phi Psi and Fiji, are there any circumstances in which they'd bid second semester sophomores?
