A lot of people are mad about where everyone is moving but yes I would say this is very accurate. There are salty people in the frats falling that will try to tell you differently

Theyre definitely a clip below DKE and Sig Chi but miles ahead of Delta Chi and TDX.

Axo didn't have a great pc, but DG's was even worse. Also, as a whole, axo is still top tier and DG isn't. Sig ep isn't top tier. Neither is Chi Phi.

sig ep is absolutely not on the same level as pike and Fiji, and both pike and Fiji could easily take over for theta chi or sae in the near future as a top 3 house.. Sig ep should be below aepi and around Sammy
