which one?

Which one will be the better foam party? The one hosted PiKapps or Theta Xi? I heard they hosted this party every year so I wanted to know which one to attend.

theta xi's probably because its closer to more people and pi kapps usually gets shut down soon because their house is small

Tight and bright isn't till like 11 pm and plus it will be impossible to get into the party.

Theta Xi rents out rooms to geeds

Theta xi has like 35 rooms of which most are doubles, would need like 70 brothers to fill the house out, they have pretty big house, used to a sorority house in the past

lol if you're not in theta chi/tke good luck getting in...the only way you'll get in is if you're good friends with some of the brothers and you bring a lot of chicks

Probs Theta Xi, its closer to campus and the brothers are nicer and not try hards like PiKapps

and their pregame partners (phi rho alpha) are too. they like to bring up their house all the time, even though they aren't actually part of michigan greek life and no one knows who they are. see the "PRA" comment above, defending theta xi's house full of geeds.
