clarification

Did TKE take over OZ or is OZ taking over TKE? And what is the situation with the tight and bright, I thought OZ hosted that so why is TKE and Theta Chi hosting it this year?

my guess: theta chi is just using tke to party at their house/backyard. OZ will probably be there too, they're just not allowed to advertise the fact because of SRC rules
