bullying against kappa delta

I just got a call from my daughter who was hysterically crying because of some bullying that is going on against the sorority she recently joined, kappa delta. She was so excited when she opened her bid card on bid day and found out that she was going to be a kappa delt. But now, she is no longer happy. She says she gets made fun of in class and people wrote on her dorm door "fart". She has never publicly farted (to my knowledge) so I am unsure why this is happening to her. She told me people have been posting about her "farts" on this site so I thought I would come on here and give my own two cents. Will a kind group of children please let me know why this is happening to such sweet girls?
