bottom tier rep

Just wondering, what is the reputation of each bottom tier fraternities. I'm thinking of rushing but won't have that much time to commit to a top tier fraternity so which bottom tier should I rush?

Avoid: kappa sig, ato, triangle, zeta psi, lambda chi

Alright: d chi (small house, tight brotherhood), shady (nice guys), theta xi (absorbed sig pi last year and it helped them out, fun guys), tdx (don't know anything except their house is dope).

Shoot for: sig chi, dtd, du. more bottom mid-tier but they shouldn't be too hard to get a bid from

Rush pi Kapps, they're declining but still have decent bottom mid rep IMO

Sig Chi and DU are solid mid and rising. DTD, PiKapps bottom mid but still respectable
