how does cob work

how hard is it to COB here? which chapters usually do it?? and how do u do it? do any do it in the winter or do i have to wait until the fall?

Most will start doing soon, so you will be with current pcs. Watch their instas for specific details - not all COB based on numbers. Just remember, if you signed the MRABA agreement during pref you aren’t eligible until next year :)

Is it true no one can do COB until DPhi gets quota?

No, any chapter can COB now if they didn't take up to quota or are under whatever is the Total for chapter membership. Every sorority is on their own at this point.

Deeph may be severely limiting the chapter Total number which would severely limit most chapters'eligibility to cob.
