What if I get 2 houses that I don’t really want? Should I drop and COB? How many spots will top houses have?

Why would you want to be in a house that doesn't want you?? You think you are better than the houses that kept you? Great! Drop. You don't deserve them.

stay in the process, trust that it works out! at the end of the day all sororities are the same on the inside. sadly at michigan theres a big divide in people talking, but give them a chance. go to pref, see if you click in the convos and if you don't then don't sign the paper and pick a house, drop after pref
