Which srats have the highest retention rates?

Is there any way of finding out or do ppl know? Like which srats get back the highest % of PNMs that they want back

SK has the highest retention rate. Most of their seniors are still very involved

You are asking about RFM retention rates during recruitment, and no, that information is not available. Sororities know their own but there is no way to find out the others. IDK why you are asking that anyway.

so she can know whether people like a sorority long term? retention rates say everything. other schools publish them on the panhel site

There’s no way to really know about current seniors, but every sorority does graduation pics for seniors so you can kind of gauge if their instagram posted a group pic from the grad pics in may to get a ballpark number

Look and see who did COB in the fall. Also look for the grades and numbers report Panhellenic should publish every semester.

Fall COB is not about a retention problem, members graduate in the spring and a few transfer to another school so every house loses members and can choose to COB. I haven't seen where panhellenic publishes membership numbers, just chapter GPA.
