What’s with AEPI and PhiDelt

I’m planning to rush next semester and
These two houses are always ranked top 2 on every ranking, but I never hear anything about them and when I do it’s always bad stories. Do they self rank or am I just asking the wrong people?

These are 2 of the worst frats at UM. They do post many self ranks. Ignore the fake rankings and find your best fit.

Neither one. Rush Fiji, sammy or Pike for top houses or DX, ASig or Lambda as the backups

Aepi lost 90 percent of the pledges they wanted to sammy first semester and they cannot deny it. Maybe because of their hazing last year but then again they were back at it this year.
