I cannot believe this is seriously happening
by: ************F*CKKKKKK. Apparently Cole Cabana is transferring and Phi Delt might be shutting down for good. I heard one sweet and smooth brother in the house was great friends with him and now that he is transferring they are closing down the house. Please Cole Cabana if you are seeing this, don't transfer, stay at Umich so we can continue to get with those easy easy Phi Delt boys.
