What are good frats with brothers who actually have strong brotherhood and are nice to each other/to girls?

To be considered a "good" or "cool" frat your brotherhood usually isn't great, making room for social strides.

Sig Ep is nice, but brotherhood is ehh, DU has good brotherhood nice too. Half of Fiji is nice, Sammy is both

Dont know about top frats since im in a mid tier sorority (I've heard half of fiji is good), but mid tier, from going to mixers and generally hanging out with guys, i think Sig Ep, Sammy, DTD, and DU have really good brotherhood/nice guys
