aphi: good as usual. undisputed top and nice girls that show up to mixers well. highest retention rate.
kappa: did better the past rush cycle than tridelt, not top because a few tend to be mean but could be a contender for top after next cycle.
ddd: did a bit worse than ddd last rush, nice girls, close to kappa for 2nd. mentions of internal issues. strong sisterhood for most.

upper mid
sk: close to joining top, always rush well and party well but need that extra oopmh to make it. sk b00ty dominates. frats love them, other girls envy them. strong sisterhood and good pgp relations.

axo: nice, diverse girls. rushed well and show up to parties with lots of presence. some are a toss up, so a level below sk.
dg: heavy presence in greek life, always show up for a good time. havent met a mean one. very nice and pretty girls. only below axo for obsession with ranks and reputation. rip to dsig for fumbling dg once again.

mid:
adpi: did generally better past rush cycle, girls are always nice and people always want to join during rush. show up to parties well. mentions of internal issues.
aephi: some are rude. they dont mix with a diverse group of frats compared to others near their rank. generally relevant and pretty.

chio: smart and nice girls, kind of a toss up in quality. show up for a good time. if they rush well this year and up their social game they could move up. strong sisterhood.

lower mid
sdt: riding mostly on old ranking, tend to stay in their own realm. mostly nice girls, but some are a toss up. could see them dropping down within the next 5 years.
zeta: although new, rushed 3/4 of the newest class well, better than below. carried by certain people in each member class for reputation with frats. could rise if they show up to events more, but if not they will most likely drop below kd again. mentions of internal issues.

kd: if they didnt have a problem with everyone around them they would be higher. 50/50 on if they are nice or mean. decent party presence but can be weird. not too much demand to be in or mixed with.

upper bottom
gphi: rushed pretty rough this year, ask their own members as theyve said it to many people. lost their pgp to zeta from rumors of bad behavior, now with tdx (good for tdx). could come back up if they are able to rush well
piphi: not much to talk about with piphi, not super relevant but not below agd. girls are lower than gphi in quality.

bottom
agd: toss up of girls. a few gems, but most are mean or not the best in quality. bad party presence, super excluding to other people for no reason. talk of internal issues.

lower bottom
deeph: on the verge of collapse. take whoever just to stay open. about to lose house, cannot see them lasting longer than 3 years max.
