Phidelt and fiji are definitely above any other frat at Umich.

Pike is not at the same level. When frats fall it does not automatically elevate lesser frats to the top. It gives them room to rise, but they have to earn it. Right now everyone else is 2nd tier to phidelt and Fiji.
