Became undisputed #1 after the death of AEPi and Phi Psi

Became undisputed #2 after the death of AEPi and Phi Psi. Brothers will argue #1 but let’s be real that’s not true.

Pike:
Went from above avg to potentially high because of those 2 frats plus ASig falling off. I wonder if they’ll have better events this year. Brutal location kills lots of their normal parties.

Xi:
Went from irrelevant and now they can’t stop being talked about. Touse 🔜

SigEp:
Boosted by KSig ending. Newest frat with some normal freshmen. I’d rather join sigep vs Sigchi/tdx/du tier and below bc of easier pledge term and potential to rise.

SAE:
SAE is in some ridiculous talks. Let me join just so I can live in that house. I want to take a tour one day. Might show up to a rush event and pretend I’m a freshman.
