Rise:
Fiji: better than Phi Delt
PIKE: will become top
Dchi: Solid
Sig Chi: better than the ones grouped with them
Sigep: New with normal ppl and good house
SAE: stench of bad things going away

Fall:
Phi Psi: lol
ASig: in trouble + weirdos
DTD: lame except for tailgates
KSig: AEPi played y’all, expecting 3/4 of the brothers to drop like last year
DU: People consider them bottom-tier now
