Top Houses: Phi Delt, Aepi, Fiji, Pike, Sammy

Phi Delt and Fiji are top houses and will be tough to get a bid at. Aepi most likely will not exist and has been investigated multiple times for hazing. Pike is a level below, but is slightly easier and Sammmy is slightly harder and likely only will have a fall pc.

Good:
Xi, Lamda, Dchi, Pikapp, Dsig

All solid houses with strong brotherhoods, but are a step below the top.

Everything else not worth rushing or are much smaller frats.

Toxic:
Asig and Phi Psi

Both houses have been investigated multiple times for hazing and have tons of allegations associated with them. Would highly advise not rushing here.

Solid list. Within tiers, the ranking would be:

Phi Delt, Fiji, Sammy, Pike
Phi Psi, Asig
Lambda, Dchi, Dsig, Xi, PiKapp

Aepi is tier 1 but depends on whether they break away from Ksig or not
