KAPPA
AGD
Another great looking house is Sigma Kappa but it's a hike.

In my opinion tridelt has the best location. Don't pick off the location or house though, choose based on the people/personalities/vibes you get during recruitment

Tri Delt has an awesome location and pretty house but the dormers are weird and turn a lot of people off
Kappa/AXO are in a good location and are nice houses in different ways
Phi isn't super close to classes but is good for frats and looks like a cute gingerbread house

The houses for kappa and Phi are my favorite by far. I agree with the statement on the tridelt dorms. They're weird
