with no bias, phi will always be at the top and rushes better than everyone, ddd did substantially worse than historically and is below kappa now, sk is a very close forerunner, and then theres a huge gap in quality below them.
dg and axo are the top of the middle, not close to top at all.

No phi will not always be top. Maybe in ur tiny brain it will be. Their last three pc’s were absolute garbage. The era of sororities maintaining “top” despite clearly being terrible is over. Ur thinking is old archaic and outdated.
